I think it is an anachronism to speak about the patriarchs of that time as Greek orthodox. They would surely think of themselves and speak of themselves merely as orthodox. But I will not oppose your addition of the word "Greek".

By the way, if you add something on your user page - anything at all, even a single letter, your user name will no longer appear in red in the revision histories etc. At present the red colour shows that you are still a newcomer. I didn't notice your addition of "the Holy See". I think that even today no Greek Orthodox would refer to the see of Rome as "the Holy See". But I leave it to others to fix that too. Lima (talk) 20:10, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
