editPlease do not attack other editors, as you did at Talk:Hunter Biden. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Acroterion (talk) 16:26, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
- Additionally, your practice of blanking this talkpage is counterproductive to communication, which is the purpose of use rtalkpages. Blanking it just creates an impression that you're trying to avoid communication. We generally assume that blanking means that you have read comments and understand them, not that you may ignore them. Acroterion (talk) 16:29, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
- I did not attack anybody, this is a false claim! You are attacking me! —Menischt (talk) 16:51, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
- Menischt, I find these comments to be very unproductive/untrue, and they suggest a battleground attitude. In addition, it is high time you stop naming the children, especially in discussions about whether it is appropriate to name the children. In BLP matters it is important to err on the side of caution. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 20:51, 11 July 2023 (UTC)

RfC
editHi Menischt, I see you are new here, and I'm not sure you understand what an RfC is. You don't need to start a new RfC on the Hunter Biden article, just add the the one I just started, either support or oppose. Magnolia677 (talk) 17:35, 11 July 2023 (UTC)

- I left the same notice yesterday, it was blanked, hence my comment above. Acroterion (talk) 23:20, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
- @Menisct, you are closing in on a block for personal attacks, or for an arbitration enforcement sanction. Please reconsider you approach to editing Wikipedia and interactions with other editors. Acroterion (talk) 23:20, 11 July 2023 (UTC)

editDon't be discouraged by the politicisation / USA perspectives of most people on this website. Many of us appreciate the efforts of contributors like yourself. Personally I think its fine to respectfully name the granddaughter of a president when they've already received a large amount of prominent coverage. Regarding privacy issues, being on the front page of the NYT should indicate to any sensible person that the horse has bolted. You can always count on fierce adherence to rules in this place though. Unfortunately too many editors forget that we're here to build the greatest encyclopedia known to humanity; not to enforce particular narratives or favour certain perspectives. Keep up your great contributing
I recommend stepping away from that Hunter Biden thread for now. While I think your arguments are reasonable, you shouldn't count on being able to convince any of them of that fact Jack4576 (talk) 15:19, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
- Concur with Jack. From your user page, it looks like you're not American. Public political discourse has gone off the rails there. See the talk page message I just left Jack4576. Be glad you've probably got an ocean between and the States.

editHello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Economy of Suriname, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Under the descriptor “Statistics” shows where estimates begin "with IMF staff estimates for 2020–2028”. This style remains consistent for Economy article editing.
