Niño soldado

edit

Hi. He was "captured" by Huerta' soldiers to fight agains Villa. They said they want "Villa in pieces". After 3 days of fight, Huerta noticed than everything was lost because they were surrounded. Villa ordered to kill'em officers and forgive the soldiers, including the kid. In the photo is wearing Huerta´s uniform. The rest of the text -sadly, a copyvio- it´s the description of the meeting between Casasola -the photographer- and the kid, and a small CV of Antonio -who apparently lives until "first years of XXI century". Hope this helps you. Cheers. --Ganimedes (talk) 19:13, 2 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Huerta and his officers were executed by Villa in battle of Hacienda de Buenavista. Villa released all soldiers because "they just follow orders", but "invited" them to join to his revolution, as Antonio did, becoming deputy lieutenant of General Felipe Ángeles, with rank of corporal and sergeant of artillery -at least is what I understand. --Ganimedes (talk) 20:51, 2 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
Maybe I understood wrong; I´m from Uruguay, South America, and I've got no idea about mexican history. The text talk about "federal officers loyal to Huerta": a lieutenant colonel and 3 major. About the reliability of the source... It´s a blog, named "Deportivo Golazo" - "sport super goal", so I don´t think it´s very reliable, specially because spelling and grammar are awfull. Cheers. --186.52.60.97 (talk) 23:01, 2 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
