I thought that you gave a really detailed outline of what you plan on doing and improving on. Also, your reasoning for wanting to add new parts, and disregard others was very sound as well. However it was a little difficult to follow on what you are improving on/writing and what was already part of the wikipedia article, I assume it is everything under the header of “Corruption and the private sector.” The first 3 sources you named under this heading, all work and seem to be reliable and reputable citations. Additionally, all your sources are also up to date. Your viewpoint also seem to be neutral, and if anything you want to neutralize the discussion further in the wikipedia article and give a more well rounded presentation of your topic. I think you added a lot of different topics/sub-topics and it may be difficult to fill them all out, perhaps it would be better to write a more extensive description and add lesser topics. I feel like you are stretching yourself out too thin by adding so much new information in this manner.

•I like the fact that you got rid of the “Organi-cultural deviance” subtopic, as it seems to be considerably longer than the rest of the subheadings presented. However, I feel like it is an interesting argument as it covers the argument of the effects culture and social capital has on corruption behaviours, which could be included somewhere in your article. You could easily incorporate articles from class that could help expanding that section.

•In the section dedicated to types of corruption, I think you could illustrate each part (bribery, embezzlement, corporate funds, insider trading) with a real life example. This is already done for bribery and I thought it could help you expand each section.

•The section regarding criminal capacity seems to be rather short. From looking at it, you could perhaps find data covering different regions (e.g. Europe, Latin America, Africa…), as the previous information informs the reader about differences in law in just three countries.

•Just an idea, but perhaps you could dedicate a section to the difficulties associated with measuring different types of corrupt activities.

•Good job adding a section about policies and anti-corruption reforms. The links you provided seem to come from reliable sources. I think you can easily expand the section by using the two papers you have provided. Perhaps think about incorporating the example section into the anti-corruption reforms topic, as I do not if it is worth dedicating a whole section to it.

•Language and structure to follow seem to follow Wikipedia standards. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pmv96 (talkcontribs) 20:20, 26 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

This draft still needs quite a bit of work. It is difficult to foresee what the different parts of your addition will look like, as they are all in outline mode so far. Generally, I agree with Pablo's comments above, who provides a couple of ideas of ways in which you can take this (regions, examples, etc.). So far, this seems underdeveloped. Also, you need to significantly improve the sourcing, and try to focus as much as possible on academic, peer review, sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Manuelbalan (talkcontribs) 17:40, 27 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
