Article feedback
editThanks for creating Rockets Destruction of Ozone. That said, the article has some problems that need to be dealt with.
To begin with, the article is written more like an essay than a Wikipedia article. You started with an introduction, discussed classes of rocket fuel, and ended with future impacts. Wikipedia articles are supposed to start with a lead section that summarizes the major points of the article in a paragraph or two. You should begin the article with a single sentence that explains the topic as well as you can in a single sentence, something like
Rocket launches deplete stratospheric ozone by [something or other].
In the next few sentences, you should cover the major points of the article. Anything that's not in the body of the article should not be in the lead.
Secondly, you need to remember that Wikipedia is hypertext. You shouldn't spent time explaining the mechanism by which chlorine destroys ozone - instead, you should link to another article that discusses it in a broader context like Ozone_depletion#Ozone_cycle_overview or Ozone#Reactions.
Finally, and article like this is really a daughter article of the larger ozone depletion article and all the other articles in Category:Ozone depletion. It needs to be integrated with them. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:34, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
