Hi, I didn't see the full context, or that you were in the middle of an edit, so my apologies; the diff only showed full removal. Hope I didn't break your edit. Strangerpete (talk) 17:11, 20 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Garbo's determination to avoid the press

edit

You're right about that, Mhsmd. I've been struggling with the entire sentence for a while as it happens. I don't think her "whimsical" attitude and determination to avoid the press have anything to do with why she was called "divine." To begin with, there was nothing whimsical about Garbo. Secondly, I see no connection between loathing and avoiding press with being "divine." I think she was called "the divine" because of her enchanting and mesmerizing effect on audiences (better words escape me at the moment). Moreover, the citation is to an entire book (Swensen's) and not a specific page or chapter. It's not the right time for me now but at some point I'm going to take up the issue on the GG talk page. In her main header you put that she is connected with a “Nasi sympathizer.” You are joke. 174.194.143.58 (talk) 18:50, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

I did not. For one thing, I can spell "Nazi". You are blaming the wrong person; I didn't touch any main headers Mhsmd (talk) 22:39, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
