User talk:Michael J/County table

Latest comment: 4 years ago by Tanvichheda

This is a great list that I found to be very useful. I noticed a few counties have their centroid over a body of water, which in most cases is probably not desirable. In case this was done for some purpose I have not edited the actual list but am instead leaving this note.

  • MI, Keweenaw - This one is understandable, as the county includes both the tip of the Keweenaw peninsula and Isle Royale National Park, putting the centroid in Lake Superior. When most people talk of the county though they mean the portion on the peninsula.
  • MI, Mason
  • MI, Oceana
  • WI, Ozaukee

This is a very useful table! Why have not add this as an article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tanvichheda (talkcontribs) 01:57, 27 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
