I removed your link for the Monster Quest fansite following the general guidelines under Wikipedia: Linking policy for adding external links to articles. I consider the link you provided on-topic yet links to unofficial fansites are not generally allowed here because of content limitations and general non-notability (meaning they might not be popular enough to warrant notability on Wikipedia). The site you link doesn't seem to have much user activity, worthwhile nor original content. This article Fighting Linkspam also provides good reasoning against using fansites as links.
