Response to Reviewer.

Paul Shrivastava has held two Distinguished Professorships at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA, USA and at Concordia University in Montreal Canada. Holding a Distinguished Professorship fulfills the "notability " requirement for Academics. Shrivastava has also published 15 books and over 100 articles in scholarly journals, including founding the field of "crisis management" which is a big impact on the field of management studies.
