Welcome!
editHi Mickenabutler, welcome. Glad to see you working to improve the Nursing article, it could definitely use the help.
Unfortunately, I had to revert the recent changes you made to it, and I wanted to explain why. In the medical articles in particular, but also nursing of course, we have to be really careful to source claims we make correctly. A look at WP:MEDRS would be a great idea, because it outlines the kinds of sources required.
I also reverted the changes because the citation you tried to use was to the Nursing article itself, and it broke leaving a bare </ref> tag and URL visible. Totally understandable while you're learning, but if I could encourage you to use the "Show preview" button when you make changes, that'll really help you avoid formatting and reference errors.
If I can help you with anything else in the article or getting used to Wikipedia, please let me know. There's a learning curve but it's not too bad once you're up and running! Cheers, Basie (talk) 02:29, 9 June 2018 (UTC)
