Copyright status of File:Red shirt.jpg

Greetings! Can you explain how the file you uploaded, File:Red shirt.jpg, is licensed under Creative Commons? I see a copyright notice on the website http://www.garyhooser.com/ but no evidence of a Creative Commons license. —C.Fred (talk) 21:16, 31 August 2010 (UTC)

Copyright problems with File:Red shirt.jpg

Conflict of interest

In regard to the photo mentioned above, you indicated on my talk page that "We are the agency that took his photo." Accordingly, the following applies to you, since you are an agent working for Gary Hooser and/or his campaign committee:
