I am aware that you find this disappointing. All you can do is to look for excellent references meeting WP:42 Fiddle Faddle 11:43, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

Mike, it just is not going to fly unless and until you can find more references that pass WP:42. Please devote your time to finding those rather than resubmitting this draft after every small change. Find it a couple of sterling quality references and the difficulties with accepting it are likely to go away.

You seem unwilling to listen, Mike. I respect your determination, but it is not going to work unless you find the references. I've done some tidying in the draft to make it easier to accept once you find the references, but there is no way I could accept it as it stands today. You may have to accept that this is an association that has a value for you and your colleagues, but has, so far, no value to Wikipedia. Fiddle Faddle 15:10, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

Continuing to resubmit a declined article after making minor changes that do not address the major issues is tendentious editing. It annoys the reviewers and may result in a block. Robert McClenon (talk) 16:13, 20 November 2015 (UTC)
