Deletion you made trying to add a promotional link

Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Car donation, without explaining the valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Why are you needlessly inserting Ketoret in articles? Please stop such activities; otherwise, you will be blocked. AdjustShift (talk) 15:56, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

These 11 spices were the ingredients of the Ketoret and I felt it would be useful for those doing research to know that. Please note, I am genuinely trying to contribute to wikipedia, please stop coming down on me like a ton of bricks every time I contribute, it's just not fair. I really feel I have alot to offer.
