It can't be posted here either, a user page isn't for writing articles. It could be restored to a sandbox, but I don't think there is much point

• it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, or they will be deleted.
• it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic.
• it appears to be original research and an autobiography
