Proposed deletion of Akber Jiskani

edit

Hello, Miloom. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Akber Jiskani, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. st170etalk 21:24, 29 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Help me!

edit

Please help me I have a confusion regrading the issue of notability that if some person is a notable and has done a remarkable work whose references are not found in English language through Google but at his place he is a notable fellow and fit to be included in the encyclopedia. For example if one is a great writer or poet of some regional language but unfortunately his references cannot be fount when searched in English. I will be grateful to you if you help me in this regard

Miloom (talk) 01:46, 30 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

As long as significant coverage in independent reliable sources exists, then the language of the sources doesn't matter and it's considered notable. Note, though, that just because a topic is notable on a different Wikipedia doesn't mean it will also be notable here, since some Wikipedias have really low standards for it. Userpage

edit

Here are some cookies for you.

Hello Miloom! I saw your question at the Teahouse, here are some more tips for you and your user page:

For making your user page look nice, see: Wikipedia:User page design center. You can also "clone/borrow/steal" the code from someone else's user page. Just ensure that you change it enough that it does not look like you are trying to impersonate the other user. Wikipedia:User pages is a good guide as to what kind of things are appropriate in user space. And when you use the work someone else has created, in the edit summary please attribute the work to them by naming the user you copied the content from. If you want to add userboxes you can start here: Wikipedia:Userboxes. There are also many, many customized userboxes floating around on user pages in the Wikipedia, if you find one you fancy just copy the code from the page. If you are further interested in defining yourself and your style there is also the Wikipedia fauna. Best, w.carter-Talk 17:54, 26 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Tariq Alam Abro, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sindhi. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Proposed deletion of NPIW Sindh

edit

The article NPIW Sindh has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Impossible to verify

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
