editHi. I guess you are blocked now, but for the record: According to this and other sources, Superman #127 (which is the first appearance of Titano) has a a cover date of February 1959. We use cover dates for the dates of periodicals, even if their actual issue date was different (which is very common). On reason is that, generally, it's much easier to determine cover dates (by looking at the cover). We want to be consistent on this, and not have some articles using the cover date and some using the date of printing or publication or distribution or what have you.
