Do Not Edit War

If you want to delete a section of an article, discuss it on the talk page, and gain consensus FIRST. Don't just rip out material, and place a note saying you did so. Consensus first, then change, not the other way around.Kww (talk) 23:14, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

Kww is the one starting an edit war

I have every right to challenge the neutrality of an article. And I'm not required to "gain consensus" before removing a personal, unscientific attack.

Kww is also in violation of the rules by removing my neutrality dispute announcement, before it is actually resolved. [unsigned by MindBodySoul]

I restored the POV macro. You are right, I should not have let it get swept up when reverting your deletion. If you believe the deletion is justified, make your case on the talk page. If you are right, you should be able to persuade others. That's just a sample quote, BTW ... if people wanted to be disrespectful, the quotes from reputable and reliable sources that say far worse things would be quite long. It wouldn't be very balanced to not include the scientific community's reaction to Behe in the article.Kww (talk) 23:28, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

Careful

In all honesty, be careful editing the intelligent design, evolution, and creationism pages. They're biased, and they're protected by a cabal of editors, including several admins, who will ban you just for disagreeing with them. If you look through the edit histories of a lot of these pages, they're riddled with biased reversions, and ridiculous attacks on anyone who disagrees with the current versions. Keep fighting for neutral articles, but be aware that people will call you a creationist and try to get you banned just for disagreeing with them. It happened to me last week. Wikipedia is very good in many places, but this is not one of those places. GusChiggins21 (talk) 09:26, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
