just one question, do you know anything about the game what i was editing?

No, but I don't believe that is relevant. I just spotted your edits on recent changes as it was tagged as blanking. Insulam Simia (talk/contribs) 15:12, 17 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please identify your posts as rules are stated, and if you don't know anything about the game why would you block people from making a sum about what is really important?

bottom line you didn't even read what was in there, you don't know anything about the matter, and the information in the storyline is simply not interesting, boring and way too long, this causes people to simply not care about the important part of the game, which is the online community that now exists and gives support to the game.

how support is given? By contributing with new map making, update news, game in-game records in a weekly basis, have an online forum, the rest is completely irrelevant , now if you don't mind at least have the decency of adding the parts i added. bye bye

i perfectly know that, but this is my page and i do whatever i want with it, namely making the same that your friend did for no reason: to not let me edit a page.

everyone is allowed to edit a page, if they follow the rules and explain why they make the edits (using the edit summary) Redalert2fan (talk) 16:16, 17 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

i have followed the rules, more over i followed a tip that was shown on the Wikipedia page encouraging me to edit due to the article being too long.

Well you should discuss that on the article's talk page what to remove. Instead, you went along and removed everything. Insulam Simia (talk/contribs) 16:21, 17 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Threats made to my person once again deleted, i don't have to see your internal procedures about how to take "actions on people"

You're right that we should trim back articles that are too long. The way this works is usually when an editor acts Boldly and makes the changes. Other editors may disagree, and they revert the edit - as happened here. What's supposed to happen at that point is that the editor who wants the change and the editor or editors who do not want the change go to the article's talk page and discuss it. This is explained further at WP:BRD, which stands for Bold Revert Discuss, and it is at the core of how Wikipedia works. I see that the other editor posted here quite a bit, and I see that you seem annoyed by that - and not unreasonably so. He also dropped a warning on you before even welcoming you - something that seems rude, and that we try to avoid. What needs to happen now is one of two things: either you and the other editor discuss what could be changed about the article, or you and the other editor agree to leave each other alone. That might be the best option, honestly - the continued back and forth doesn't help. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 16:25, 17 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

The fact is that this editor unmade some text that he didn't read and that he doesn't have any knowledge into. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mindhax (talkcontribs) 16:31, 17 July 2013‎ (UTC)Reply

He did revert your edit, true. But he didn't know why you were removing it. If you had posted to the article's talk page "Hey, this section is rubbish, has no sources, and isn't true at all, so I think we should remove it", then that's something that we could discuss. He might have a reason for keeping it that you were unaware of, or he might help trim it down to a single paragraph summary. You might even convince him that you're correct after all. There's a lot of room between keeping the whole paragraph and removing it - and he didn't see anything other than a new editor whose first edit was to remove two-thirds of an article. One of the rules we go by here is that editors should assume good faith on the part of other editors. That is to say, we should assume that other editors are trying to improve articles just as we are. Once everyone calms down, perhaps we can have a discussion at the article's talk page about it. Until then, let's just calm down and move on, ok? UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 18:59, 17 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
Also, unrelated - if you put four tildes after your comment (like so - ~~~~), it will add your name and the date to your comments. Signing your posts like that is really really useful in a conversation like this one, so that we know who says what. FYI. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 19:00, 17 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
