I moved your draft to User:Mingrzh/The Shanghai EDITION because it isn't ready for mainspace yet. There are a few things that you need to do before this is ready for mainspace

• Right now, you're mostly using the hotel's website as a source. You need to rely primarily on reliable sources that are independent of the hotel itself - ideally, scholarly sources or news sources that have an editorial board and a reputation for fact-checking. To establish notability, you'll need three sources that provide in-depth coverage.
• Your current tone is too promotional. You need to write in an encyclopedic style. I recommend you take a look at this list of Good Articles and look at some of the ones about hotels. They should give you a sense of the style and tone you should be aiming for.
