Berkley Bedell
editJack Daniels (politician)
editNow that the changes have been made, I have gone ahead and passed Berkley Bedell for Good Article status. Congratulations! As a side note, I started the page Wiley Mayne a long time ago and, as is obvious, gave up on it once I had started the page. I was wondering, however, if you would happen to know of somewhere where I could get a picture for Mayne, since I haven't even been able to locate a non-free — never mind a free — picture for the infobox. Cheers, CP 02:24, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks so much. :) As for Mayne, I have no idea. I found the Bedell pictures on Flickr and contacted the owner (Dodd) to get it released under Creative Commons. The Library of Congress might have something on-site, but I don't know what the deal is with that. Minute Lake 02:42, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
JD and US legal education template
editBecause the JD has now become a major degree in Canada and Australia, and exists in many other countries, the template you've added isn't appropriate and US-centric. Can you find a more generic template? I'll remove the one recently added in a few days if it's not replaced. Thanks. Zoticogrillo (talk) 21:59, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
- I moved the template to the part of the article specifically talking about the US degree. Minute Lake (talk)
Joe Biden
editHi, do you think it's any close to GA?, kind regards Tom (talk) 15:05, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Joe Biden again
editHi. The GA review of Joe Biden that you previously placed on hold is still in that state. Since then, a lot of work has been done on the article. Despite the fact that the initial GAC was an insincere one done by a sock, the article is actually now in plausible GA shape and addresses your previous concerns (at least I think so). Will you be able to review it again? Thanks ... Wasted Time R (talk) 03:04, 17 September 2008 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
