Re: Stationery Page

Re your message: While you are correct that the External Links section is for 3rd party links, that does not mean that all links are to be included on Wikipedia. Links are normally added where the linked content can not be added to the Wikipedia article or give particular value to the article. I do not believe that a link to a vendor of stationery meet the guidelines. Please see Links normally to be avoided. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:43, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

Re your message: Links to Staples, Office Depot, or any stationery vendor would not be appropriate per the guideline: Links to sites that primarily exist to sell products or services. The article is intended not to be a portal to websites where you can buy stationery, but instead to describe what stationery is. Please do not write or add to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies.
