The ClueBot should not have reverted your change to Child safety seat. It was a perfectly fine change, so I undid what the ClueBot did. And you should have undid it yourself! (In wikipedia you have to fight for your edit - you have to be bold.) But I disagree with what you wrote - I checked the list you included and none of the laws *require* the front seat - they just recommend it if available.
