Rita Letendre
edit- Merry Christmas! Can you do a favour for me? In Rita Letendre's solo shows, check that I am correct in the list. I wanted to distinguish the shows with major catalogues from the others. Have I omitted anything? Thank you, Joan arden murray (talk) 13:12, 25 December 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for the Xmas wishes! Just getting to this in February - lol. The list looks pretty good and includes all of the major catalogs I have on hand - I have a bunch of the Gevik catalogs, but they tend to be small so not sure if you want to consider them "major". There was one pretty nice catalog from Simon Blais - here is the reference in case you want to dig it up: ASSELIN, Hedwidge, Rita Letendre : Les éléments/The Elements, Montréal, Éditions Simon Blais, 2001, 64 pp. which is probably worth including in the major catalog list. The Palm Springs Desert Museum had a nice little catalog that I wouldn't consider "major" either but has a nice forward by Gilles Henault and four or five critical reviews of her work - we could pop that one up a level in my estimation. I will edit the page to include these in that first list but feel free to edit as you see fit :) I found one more catalog in my library that is likely of interest - the show catalog was small but it was a public show called "Le feu et L'Esprit" (translates to 'fire and spirit') at the Musee d'art Contemparion de Baie St-Paul (formerly Centre d'exposition de Baie-Saint-Paul) I will add that to the "other" list - cheers!
