Try to get more information on the burning of the ship, and talk about each of his ships if its possible. You could probably talk about Cortes relationship with the king of Spain. If you could find information about how he treated his men since you talked about how they were angered by him burning the ships. You could talk about the history of his ships.

Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Hernán Cortés, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Both the uncited changes, and the fact that the result was not readable as complete sentences required reverting your changes. Please cite your sources (please read WP:RS), and seriously watch your grammar. Tarl N. (discuss) 02:35, 2 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
