Hi, the article was deleted because it was a copyvio -- copyright violation as it was a copy & paste from GE website. If you want to write a new article, you need to be aware of a few things. Here's cliff notes version of them. I know it's a lot to wrap your head around... but first, conflict of interest. Because you work for GE your edits anywhere close to GE will be much more scrutinized. That means you need to stick even more to all those complicated Wikipedia policies. Second, neutral point of view means that the article should not be written as an ad: it needs to incorporate the good, the bad, and the ugly in a balanced way. Too many articles are deleted because they are written to promote the subject and reads like a promo bio/resume read before introducing a speaker for a corporate event. You have to encyclopedic, meaning facts not prase. Third, citing sources is crucial. They should be published by neutral third parties (i.e. not GE and GE related entities). Good examples include newspapers, magazines, government reports. In essence, every fact used in the article has to be found in some reliable source. You can do that using ref tags (see WP:REF for technical details). Fourth, notability (and specifically notability of people) has to be established. It means that you have to show that the person "has been the subject of published secondary source material which is reliable, intellectually independent, and independent of the subject." That can usually be accomplished by following the third point, but also it also helps to think "why should anyone care to read his bio?"
