Baitul Futuh Mosque
editThe article doesn't even say that the Baitul Futuh is the largest Mosque in Western Europe. It merely states that it is has often reported to be the largest mosque in Western Europe. There have been no comparion studies carried out by any WP:Reliable Source which determines which mosque is larger, the Baitul Futuh or the Mosque of Rome. Thus it is not OK to write "actually" the Mosque of Rome is larger. Thanks! --Peaceworld 20:55, 26 September 2015 (UTC) You should at least mention in the article that it is a contentious claim. Something along the lines of "however, other sources claim that the mosque in Rome is larger as measured in terms of square metres and people capacity"?Mnmio15 (talk) 21:05, 26 September 2015 (UTC)mnmio15Mnmio15 (talk) 21:05, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
I am not sure why you refuse to even acknowledge the Mosque of Rome in the article. There are plenty of other articles (non UK sources too!) that refer to the mosque of Rome as being the largest and I had included citations.Mnmio15 (talk) 21:09, 26 September 2015 (UTC)mnmio15Mnmio15 (talk) 21:09, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
How about changing it to state "...often reported by UK media to be the largest mosque in Western Europe". Mnmio15 (talk) 21:15, 26 September 2015 (UTC)mnmio15Mnmio15 (talk) 21:15, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
- It's not UK v non-UK. Wikipedia doesn't work like this and I'm sure there are non-UK reports that say the same. The mentioned sources are reliable.--Peaceworld 21:23, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
