re United League Baseball

Hello Moeknowsgolf and welcome. I see from the Feedback Dashboard that you are confused about why you edit here was reversed.

Here is what I think happened. We get a lot of people just messing with the Wikipedia, so we have "bots" (programs) that look for this and reverse it. One of the things the bots look for is somebody deleting a bunch of material all at once. In your edit, in addition to making your changes, you removed lots of material -- the entire sections "History" and "Franchises" and "Expansion" and more. Was this by mistake? Or is there something wrong with those sections?

If it was just a mistake, that's alright, this happens all the time. The bot is not smart enough to figure out the difference between your good additions and the mistake, so it just reversed your entire edit. By all means you are welcome to go back to the article and make just the changes (about how it is still operating), just don't delete the other sections, and you'll be fine.

Looking at the league's website, it looks like they are still in operation, so your changes there are correct. And thank you for finding and fixing that!

(If you really did mean to delete the entire "History" section and other sections, is there a reason for that? Is something wrong with those sections?) Happy Wiki'ing, and feel free to message me if you have any questions. Cheers, Herostratus (talk) 17:40, 8 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
