You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. Wikipedia is not a place for companies to tell the world about themselves.
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
below this notice.
You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

I'm sorry, but Wikipedia is not for what you want to do.
Wikipedia accounts are for individuals only, who are here to help build the encyclopedia, and are personally responsible for them. Company or group accounts are not permitted, one reason being that they are invariably here for self-promotion.
You wrote "We are currently working with media outlets and have a publicist to write out our story". That's fine for outlets like Facebook and Myspace, but Wikipedia is different: a project to build an encyclopedia, not a social-networking site or a free publicity noticeboard. Nor is it a business listing directory: it is quite selective about article subjects, see WP:Notability (organizations and companies) and WP:Notability (summary).
Paid editing of Wikipedia is very strongly discouraged and is permitted only under strict conditions which include full disclosure - see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. The "publicist" you hired has been banned from editing Wikipedia for persistent undeclared paid editing, which is prohibited by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use, and is illegal (as covert advertising) in some territories, including the USA and the European Union. However, they have continued, setting up strings of new "sockpuppet" accounts (over 100 identified to date) to try to evade detection.
If that were allowed to go on, Wikipedia would become merely a Facebook-style publicity noticeboard, and its usefulness as a neutral and unbiased encyclopedia would be over. This is a continuing problem - see Wiki-PR editing of Wikipedia. Accordingly, all contributions from a banned user like this are automatically deleted and will not be restored. I suggest that you ask for your money back. JohnCD (talk) 10:14, 20 October 2014 (UTC)
