I know this is a little old but it still exists. I came searching for the term when I still see after 4 years Yahoo 360 is still in beta? and perhaps will close for good. Its just silly, even if you wanted to give feedback, just try. You can but it was never straight forward. I also found this blog interesting: http://www.mappingtheweb.com/2008/01/30/perpetual-beta/
