To claim File:Khuda Buksh.jpg as your own work, you would have needed to push the camera button that resulted in the created photo. Since he died 13 May 1974, you could not have taken the photo 26 November 2013, 00:07:21 as you indicated at File:Khuda Buksh.jpg. -- Jreferee (talk) 03:47, 1 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi Jreferee, Thanks for your comments. May be I made a mistake, claiming that it is my work. I was practicing in sandbox to write an article on Khuda Buksh. In order to insert pictures I had uploaded several pictures including group pictures of Khuda Buksh in the Wikipedia commons. The pictures are from a book that is copyrighted by Khuda Buksh Memorial Trust and Foundation (KBMT&F). I am one of the members of the KBMT&F. I have permission from KBMT&F to use the pictures. Now please suggest how do I correct this. Morahim (talk) 04:39, 1 January 2014 (UTC)Morahim (talk) 04:43, 1 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

KBMT&F donating all the pictures to Wikipedia would be welcome and make things much easier to present information on Khuda Buksh in Wikipedia. For the donation, please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. Basically, contact permissions-en@wikimedia.org and they can help you with the donation. For the biography, take a look at Tips for writing biographies. -- Jreferee (talk) 06:01, 1 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Biography on Khuda Buksh

edit

I am working on the Biography of Khuda Buksh. I have very good sources on this biography. I need help on the following: Let's take an example: Khuda Buksh is known as the "Father of Insurance" in Bangladesh. I could cite about six sources on the "Father of Insurance." Should I use all six sources or just one should be enough. Morahim (talk) 02:06, 19 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Khuda Buksh
added links pointing to Bengali, Presidency College, Successful, Ayub Khan, Respectable, Prestigious, Humanity and Household name
Should I remove all the above links from the article at this time? Morahim (talk) 14:21, 22 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
I was using DAB solver (http://dispenser.homenet.org/~dispenser/view/Dab_solver) to get rid of disambiguation links. It did not solve

all. Should I manually remove disambiguation links through edit? Please suggest. Morahim (talk) 16:37, 22 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
