I reverted your edit to Dianne Feinstein. That photograph is frighteningly hideous, and since the other photo was also public domain, and much nicer, I reverted back to it. We must not scare the children. - Crockspot 15:27, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
Please keep a civil tone in your edit summaries, and also be aware of the three revert rule. - Crockspot 16:21, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
- In reply from my talk page, the older photo is also an "official" photograph, and there is nothing that requires that Wikipedia use the "latest" photo. Wikipedia DOES, however, require a consensus, which you have not attempted to seek. Particularly since I am disputing your change of the photo, you need to seek consensus on the talk page of the article for changing that photograph. You can also call an RfC if you wish, but I, for one, do not agree to the change, and will revert. I expect to see some discussion started by you on the talk page before you revert further. - Crockspot 20:24, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
That was your sixth revert in the past 24 hours. Consensus on the talk page is also running three to one against you. The burden is on you to stop with the bullshit. - Crockspot 19:57, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future.
