Hi, I'm a non-native speaker of English. Spelling and elementary grammar shouldn't pose a real problem, but the correct use of complex sentences will be problematic. One problem is the "meta-message" that can sometimes be inferred from complex sentences: My complex-sentence-meta-message would be (quite often) unintended.

Therefore I will use commas where a speaker would make a pause, and I will try to circumvent complex sentences: I will break them with full stops or structure them with semicolons; and intended dependencies between sentences will be expressed with double points. And sometimes I will use brackets to indicate a skippable part of a sentence. And I'll use the and-conjunction quite often and the 'll-shortening rather seldom. At last, I want to emphasize that I'm not familiar with idioms. --Moreevo (talk) 10:26, 9 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
