Welcome!

Hello, MorkMan74, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

You may also want to complete the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia. You can visit the Teahouse to ask questions or seek help.

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Again, welcome!

Also, you need to slow the eff down. You left that AFD a mess. You inserted your comments in between other editors comments and their sigs, and you did not sign half of your comments. Heiro 01:40, 9 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, in a single edit make multiple comments on a page unless you sign with four tildes every single one of them. And I not sure it's a good idea even if you do that, focus on one conversation at a time.Heiro 01:47, 9 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Also, you should have a read of WP:BADGER. Responding to every comment at an AFD is not likely to sway !votes. Seeing as you are new, you would of course not be familiar with the norms here. At an AFD, it is the quality of argument backed up with sources that matter. Merely claiming that there is a plethora of sources and there is a *deluge* of coverage of the man's attempts to gain power, his violent associates is of no import on Wikipedia without the evidence. Bear in mind that many commenters will not be Australian and will know little of the politics here (I'm Australian and this person has made little impact on my political view) but they will be able to assess the quality of the sources, so take them to the article talk page and discuss it there. Thanks very much for the guidance. As you mentioned I'm new here and obviously am trying to learn the ropes while contributing good information. I'm really sorry for violating the norms here. That was never my intention. I have laid out the notability arguments on the Talk page with all the evidence from reliable sources. If you could let me know if there's anything to improve there, that would be greatly appreciated. MorkMan74 (talk) 05:56, 9 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
I've had a look through about half the sources that you posted on the talk page. Of that half, all but a couple would not be usable to establish notability. Many of them merely mention Yemini in passing while others have slightly more but the primary focus of the source is something else entirely. Please read WP:COATRACK. If I can get some time, I will post a detailed explanation on each source and why it fails toe establish notability. Blackmane (talk) 04:53, 14 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Per this diff, please do not remove/refactor/or otherwise change other peoples comments on talkpages. This is allowed only in very specific circumstances. Please read WP:TPO. As this is twice you have done this, do this again and I will take the matter to the appropriate admin board. Heiro 18:11, 12 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

OK, User talk:Heironymous Rowe. Thanks for letting me know. I wasn't aware of this policy. I'm on a steep learning curve atm. Can you please advise on the best way tro respond to unfounded accusations of defamation? There is literally no jurisdiction on earth in which anything on Yemini's Talk Page constitutes slander.
