Speedy deletion nomination of Rifat Hasan

Hi! I am totally new to editing wikipedia. My first ever created page 'Rifat Hasan' was deleted with 'speeddy dy delete' tag.

but i just checked the tag entry where Vinegarymass911 mentioned my page as:

'because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rifat Hasan Rabbi'.

I think, this is an error and misunderstanding. This happened because of mathing the first part of the name of the mentioned previous discussion with my article personal's name. I request to manually check my ettached refferences with my article for cross-check.

I strongly believe that, this entry is totally different personality from Vinegarymass911's mantioned discussion link. And here, rifat hasan in my article is a very notable young poet and public intellectual of Bangladesh, who is influential as well as largely critiqued, in the intellectual debates of Bangladesh. I have citted the references from the most largest, popular and dignified news portal of Bangladesh, like Bdnews24.com, Banglanews24.com, deshrupantor.com and Bookshops like Rokomari.com, and amazon.com

So, i think it is worth to review the deletion. but i dont have idea how to request to review the deletion. Please help.

or should I try to improve and recreate the page? please advice and assist me.

great! i don't have the idea that, draft page have access to the public. i thought that, i should myself manually move the page to publish. so, i should just save the page as draft and any admin should approave the article from draft status to publish? Vinegarymass911:Thanks a lot, and I appreciate your concern and the short note attached to my article where you mentioned the cause of decline! I am learning with time. I will definitely edit the area where 'Blogs, Amazon, and articles written by him' is used. Can you enlighten me a bit more about this part, Should i absolutely avoid his own articles and other's 'blog post' in the entire article, or just the part that deals with 'notability"? i mean, can i cite from his own article to describe his opinion about something? regards.
