However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. All official NXT posters are copyrighted to WWE. As per Wikipedia:Non-free content, Wikipedia wants to minimize non-free (copyrighted) content. "Wikipedia's goal is to be a free content encyclopedia..." Per Wikipedia:Non-free content#Non-free image use in list articles, "It is inadvisable to provide a non-free image for each entry in such an article or section." poster issue

So after being involved in a TLC poster issue you may want to consider not getting into another one. The takeover Brooklyn poster you added does not seem to be a wwe produced poster. So it has been questioned if the Brooklyn poster is an official poster. So please provide a link to an official website showing that the poster is legal. So word of advice if that truely is not you, guide him to NOT make the same mistakes that got you banned.
