The article Vicky Kaidan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unsuccessful politician does not pass WP:NPOL, only bit parts in films. (the imdb billing positions are false).

Hoax?
editVicky Kadian's IMDb page appears to be a complete fabrication (including listings of films not yet made, an award for best choreographer for a film that was made when Kadian was 13, and an award for "worst hair do"?).
