Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Beastie Boys, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted (undone) by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG makes very few mistakes, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been considered as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • If you need help, please see our help pages, and if you can't find what you are looking for there, please feel free to place "{{helpme}}" on your talk page and someone will drop by to help.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Beastie Boys was changed by MrF1shIsFish (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.877658 on 2012-05-14T16:40:39+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 16:40, 14 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Victorious (soundtrack). Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. SummerPhD (talk) 02:53, 23 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Flicka ‎, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Kuru (talk) 11:11, 9 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from 8:18. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.   Hi there! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Template:The Devil Wears Prada does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Walter Görlitz (talk) 17:33, 25 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on User talk:Walter Görlitz. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. I recognize that no one has created an article for the "missing" EP, but it's likely that it wasn't created because it's not yet notable, or it was created and deleted. The fact remains that insulting an editor because an article isn't created is inappropriate. Walter Görlitz (talk) 17:35, 25 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Instant Gratification (Dance Gavin Dance album), without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Garchy (talk) 01:19, 3 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Appreciate your help with genres, but you're about to start a revert war. Adding "do not change genres" does not make it a cited change, or with consensus. If you look at the page history and talk page you can see genres have already been discussed and debated on. I removed unsourced genres per WP:RS, WP:OR and WP:SUBJECTIVE. Thanks, Garchy (talk) 01:25, 3 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to That's the Spirit, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Please read and take on board the above. My name isnotdave (talk/contribs) 15:52, 5 September 2015 (UTC) Dude, seriously? BMTH's That's The Spirit's genres are classified as "alternative metal/rock" and you still edited mine when I edited it to "alternative rock". C'mon dude..really...Reply
