That is a plain breach of copyright: see WP:LINKVIO, so please do not do that again. If there is an official record company link to this or any other video, please use that. Explanation

To be more clear:

as long as the link is to the band's official Youtube page, they get credited for it being played. They don't get credit when people look at your mirror of it.
