Hello, Mrh097, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

About the sandbox

edit

I have created the article sandbox at User:LunaSHSU/Expectancy violations theory as you requested. For next time, try creating them under your own username instead. Also, when copying article text, you should first enter source editing mode with the pencil icon next to the "publish changes" button, then copy the source code of the article/section that you want, and then paste it to your sandbox in source editing mode as well so that you don't get things like "[edit]" in your section headers. Happy editing! 0xDeadbeef→∞ (talk to me) 17:09, 25 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
