Hello, I am not going to make the change suggested on my talk page as it misrepresents what the case is about (the media have constantly described it as an "unfair dismissal" case, but that isn't true, it is a case about whether or not the University allegedly breached its enterprise agreement by terminating Professor Ridd). However, I will add in the comment from the Guardian article (which quotes the judgment) that the "enterprise agreement did not give [Ridd] an “untrammelled right” to express professional opinions beyond the standards imposed by the university’s code of conduct". Hello - I've added more to the section on Ridd than you suggested. While saying that the appeal was dismissed is true, it doesn't include important details about what the High Court actually said.
