Orphaned non-free media (Image:NaryLoad.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:NaryLoad.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:39, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia...Welcome aboard! We're glad you wish to help develop Wikipedia, and we hope you enjoy participating in this virtual community as much as we do. As a new contributor, you may feel a little overwhelmed by the sheer size and scope of this project (which includes over 100,000 regular participants)... ...but don't worry, things will become easier and clearer as you go, and if you have any problems, there will always be other Wikipedians happy to help, see Wikipedia:Requests for more information. There are some resources set forth below to help you get started. Good luck and have fun! If you would like to get a good overview of the project and how it works you could read through the introductory page which is found at Wikipedia:Contributing to Wikipedia. The same basic information can be seen at the Help:Introduction. There is also Wikipedia:The Wikipedia Adventure, a 7-mission interactive guided tour which covers all the basics about editing and the expectations and norms of the Wikipedia community. To browse help related pages see the help menu or help directory. Or you can use the search box at Help:contents (accessed at any time by clicking Help displayed on the left side of all pages). There is also a copy of a comprehensive published book, at Wikipedia: The Missing Manual. Since it is under development it is unlikely to meet these criteria at present. I should have given the deletion edit summary as "non-notable" rather than spam. jimfbleak (talk) 05:31, 29 May 2008 (UTC) Orphaned non-free image File:Screenshot of FriendCaller WebPhone 1.8.12.svgNote that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. We noticed though that when you edited FriendCaller, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Android (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. I should probably have put a And yet you call me the vandal? No, sir; your writing is exactly what we've seen thousands of times before and is why many Wikipedians believe that editors with a commercial conflict of interest are incapable of writing about their own companies in an even remotely acceptable manner. Kilopi (talk) 21:05, 17 December 2012 (UTC) Conflict of interestHello, Mshabaz. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article C2Call GmbH, you may need to consider our guidance on conflicts of interest. All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible. If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:
