Excellent rewrite! There are a few citations and the color chart I want to recheck. I spent two days writing up things which had already been covered but left them on the talk page for a time being should it bring anything else to mind. Thanks for allowing me to participate. I am recovering from a memory disturbing brain trauma and this helps refresh and clarify some slightly scrambled knowledge which I once had perfect and reliable recall.
