Information icon Hello, I'm Peaceray. I noticed that one or more of your recent contribution attempts to User:Chiklit/StreetSigns have been disallowed by an edit filter as they did not appear constructive. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. If you believe the edit filter disallowance was a false positive, please report it. Feel free to ask for assistance at the Teahouse whenever you like. Please see WP:TALKO. It would be better if you copied the Wikitext to your user sandbox or another of your user pages. Peaceray (talk) 19:08, 26 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Road signs in Egypt moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Road signs in Egypt. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it has no sources. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 07:32, 29 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Portugalija

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Portugalija requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2017_May_5#Foreign_language_redirects_to_Portugal. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Previous account(s)?

[edit]

Hi, can I ask you if you've previously edited under a different user account, or accounts? Thanks, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:05, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

No, I didn't. Thanks for asking! 😊 Muhammed Skender (talk) 07:07, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Are you sure? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:09, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yes. Muhammed Skender (talk) 07:16, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
MuhamedSkenda is yours, though, right? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:18, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yes, that's my account. Muhammed Skender (talk) 07:19, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
So when I asked you about previous accounts, why did you twice deny it?
Because of that, I'm now thinking you probably had other accounts, too, which you're not telling me about? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:25, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
But I didn't do it and I never will again, I promise. Muhammed Skender (talk) 07:26, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
You didn't do what? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:28, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Nothing really. Thanks for this conversation. 😊 Muhammed Skender (talk) 07:28, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
We're not quite done yet. What is it that you "didn't do" and "never will again"? I'm going to need an actual answer here, please. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:31, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Ok. Because I distorted everything and destroyed everything, that's why. Muhammed Skender (talk) 07:32, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
What does that mean, what did you "distort" and "destroy"? Please be clearer and less ambiguous so we don't have to spend all day on this. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:41, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
When you ask me that, it makes me happy, because I'm happy every day when I edit Wikipedia and add redirects to some articles. 😊 Muhammed Skender (talk) 08:03, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Okay, this is clearly not going anywhere, so let's change tack.
The MuhamedSkenda account was blocked on Commons as a sockpuppet of a long-term abuser. That seems to be when you stopped using that account and registered this Muhammed Skender account. What do you have to say about that?
Please be clear and unambiguous in your response, because I'm already starting to think that you're being evasive and opaque on purpose, and you don't really want to further confirm my suspicion. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:14, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I'm waiting for your response. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:50, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry, but I'm busy, I have to help other editors. Muhammed Skender (talk) 10:52, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
That's not how this works. I have reason to believe that you are evading an existing block, especially as you were not open and upfront about earlier accounts when I asked, nor have you provided any sensible answers or explanations to my queries.
Your options are either to engage with me, or I will block you and you can then explain it all to a different administrator. Your move. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:22, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Please, don't block me, please! I feel so sorry when you block me! Please! Muhammed Skender (talk) 11:25, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Then answer my questions.
  1. Explain to me why the MuhamedSkenda account was blocked on Commons?
  2. Explain why you told me you had no other accounts, despite having that one (and using it less than a week ago, so there is no chance you could have forgotten)?
  3. List all the user accounts you currently have, or previously had.
We'll see where we go from there. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:36, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
The reason why Muhamed Skenda is blocked is because he made only one edit on Commons, and that is the talk page from the user DarisTheRoadSign. Muhammed Skender (talk) 11:38, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
No, that isn't the reason for the block. MuhamedSkenda is blocked for abusing multiple accounts. The block log refers to a long-term abuser (LTA) – are you that LTA? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:49, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yes, it's me. I'm really guilty and I'm very, very sorry. I didn't mean to do that. Muhammed Skender (talk) 14:27, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
