Minneapolis
editHello. Does Minneapolis, Minnesota look all right to you? Please pardon this form letter that is going to about a dozen people whose user name I recognize from some Wikipedia edit (could have been recent or in the past year). I expect to close peer review by nominating Minneapolis to featured article candidate in a day or two unless other editors have more work they'd like to do. In case the links help, places to make a difference are to edit in place, comment in the peer review, comment on the talk page, support or oppose when and if it gets to featured article candidate, or work on a child article linked from the following template. -Susanlesch 23:53, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

Please alert an Admin on User:Xinunus if he continues to violate the guidelines
editThe next time that User:Xinunus tries to copy and paste an entire blog entry onto the Keith Ellison (politician) page please not only revert it but post the fact that he is doing so on the Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard so an Administrator will become aware of the situation and take corrective steps, such as blocking him. I would do so myself but am away from my Internet connection most of the time as of late. Thank you for your efforts in this.--Wowaconia 22:10, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your efforts to keep both plagiarism and blog entries out of the Keith Ellison (politician) article.--Wowaconia 22:14, 7 August 2007 (UTC) |

editHi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
