Thank you for this translation! I'm the main author of the German Wikipedia article you translated, and I'm delighted to see it appear in English. It's really puzzling that Hildesheimer's "Nichtroman" was translated into English only as late as 2016, and this major work still seems to be not as widely known in the English-speaking world as it deserves; though it would also deserve more lasting attention in German-speaking countries, as Sebald noted...
