Question about a new username

Thank you very much for your helpful comments on Draft:University Ranking by Academic Performance

I'm new to Wikipedia. Although I tried to keep the article as objective as possible by giving credible sources and including criticisms I found, it seems that I need to work on it more. I'm working on including more reliable sources and to have the article read by a couple of friends to make it as neutral as possible. I have a question about this article.

The username I chose is found unsuitable for Wikipedia and it leads to conflict of interest. You mentioned in your feedback that I can request a change of username or create a new account. If I create a new account will I be able to re-create the reviewed article with the same title? My article is in Draft now and not in my userspace.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Draft:University Ranking by Academic Performance, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
