Re your message: I think you are referring to the article you created for Tomas Hatala. The article was not deleted because you are new. Checking the deletion log, it indicates that the article was deleted because the article did not state why he was notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia. For musical artists to be included on Wikipedia, they need to have produced a hit single or album that charted on a national list or have significant press coverage. It doesn't appear that he has done so at this time, perhaps in the future, but not yet.
