Updating the List of living centenarians & other suggestions
edit@N2ick23: Hi! With a little practice, you should be able to add them yourself. Since I see this was your first, & so far only, edit, there are a few things that you should know.
- You need to be autoconfirmed to edit List of living centenarians. This means your account must be four days old & you must have made ten edits. You can amass ten edits on your sandbox, your user page, your talk page, or other talk pages.
- Practice first in your User:N2ick23/sandbox. For instructions on using your sandbox, see Help:Sandbox tutorial.
- See Help:Talk pages#Identifying yourself to learn how to sign your entry on a talk page.
- See Help:List for help in formating lists, which would have helped with your edit at Talk:List_of_living_centenarians#Add_centenarians.
- Some would recommend that you look at Help:Table, but I think that is like drinking from a fire hose. Instead, I would copy the wiktext code from https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_living_centenarians&action=edit into your sandbox. Try adding individual rows there first, then use Show preview. Then copy the changes back to the original page, use Show preview, then save if good.
I hope this is helpful. Peaceray (talk) 00:19, 5 July 2021 (UTC)

editHello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at Talk:List of living centenarians, (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
