AfC notification: Draft:Goods that are produced by child labor and forced labor has a new comment
editStatistics in Colombia article
editHi Nadya, and thanks for your contributions. I noticed that it looks like you may have misinterpreted DOL statistics in at least one article -- see here. I wanted to point this out in case this error appears in other articles you have edited. I'm also a little wary of your use of items on the Overview of Children's Work by Sector and Activity where the items are marked with asterisks indicating "*Evidence of this activity is limited and/or the extent of the problem is unknown." -- e.g. "Recruitment, sometimes through force, of children into illegal non-state armed groups to grow coca; perform intelligence and logistical activities; store and transport weapons, explosives, and chemical precursors to process narcotics; and participate in armed conflict*" in Colombia. Further thoughts? Do you know how the government determines which items to put on the list when evidence is limited? Calliopejen1 (talk) 00:49, 4 February 2015 (UTC)
@Calliopejen1 Thank you for your comment. I will make sure to take your advice into consideration! --Nadya Inoubli (talk) 15:35, 4 February 2015 (UTC)

--L235 (t / c / ping in reply) 00:12, 23 February 2015 (UTC)The content about child labor practices is not specific to the steel industry but the overall industrial sector of Bangladesh, so it's irrelevant in that article. You should add it to Child labour in Bangladesh. Thank you. Akib.H (talk) 12:27, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
