Greenlandic phonology

edit

It already listed the allophonic information on the consonants and in the sections before you edited the page. If you are going the edit the page, at least provide some useful additional information, and not excessively expand the charts with the allophonic variants, by making the charts too big and confusing. I created a new article "Greenlandic phonology" so I thought it's simpler to put all the "Morphophonology", "Phonotactics" and "Prosody" in the main article and to summarise all the important information in the charts so if someone wants more information he can read the main article Nahseb (talk) 20:16, 5 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
They do not need to have a separate article for the phonological information. Putting all of the allophones in the charts for this page is a bit excessive and expands the chart too much, but if you still want to do it, then just show the chart with allophones in the separate phonology page you created. That's what I would recommend. Fdom5997 (talk) 21:25, 5 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
I don't need to show all the allophones in the phonology page because there they are already mentioned in the morphophonology section. I've put all the allophones in the charts of the Greenlandic language article because I wanted to leave only the charts there and move all the other information to the Greenlandic phonology article. But if you don't want that, I'll just remove all the information and if someone wants to read about Greenlandic phonology he can read the Greenlandic phonology article. Edit summaries

Hi @Nahseb, as you know, I recently reverted your edits on the Chava Alberstein page. Thank you for subsequently explaining the purpose of your edits. In future, please consider leaving an edit summary whenever you make changes to an article, as this helps other editors understand your motives and avoids suspicion of randomness or even disruptiveness. Cheers! Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 03:41, 30 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
